Mango Ginger Water Recipe
Mango Ginger Water
1 gallon of water
½ cup of ginger root sliced in coin-sized slices
1 cup of frozen mango (or fresh)
Bring the water to a boil and add the ginger to the boiling water. Bring down the water and allow to simmer for 10 minutes on low.
Allow the water to cool and add the mango. Slightly mash the mango to allow it to infuse into the ginger water.
Strain the water and refrigerate.
This mixture will keep approximately 48 hours. (Note: In a jam, if you are in need of faster help from a hangover, just add the ingredients to a gallon of water and fill your pitcher with ice. Allow the flavors to mix for 1-3 hours and drink.)
